Esohe Shenbanjo is a dynamic technology leader with over 15 years of multicultural experience in sales, partner management, and customer success across the technology, financial services, and consumer retail sectors. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, she excels in driving strategic change and digital transformation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, reinventing business processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Esohe specialises in employee productivity solutions and cloud technologies, with a proven track record in account planning, channel management, and sales effectiveness. Her strategic approach has led to multi-million dollar deals and transformative projects for major corporations and government entities across North America, the Middle East and Africa (MEA), as well as start-ups in the USA and Nigeria.
In addition to her professional achievements, Esohe enjoys volunteering, reading, traveling, and exploring new cuisines. She has been a dedicated member of the Linking Hands Foundation since 2015, serving as both a Trustee and the Secretary of the Board. Her passion for technology, innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence drives her commitment to the Foundation’s mission to make positive and lasting impacts on humanity and society.

With an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Esohe combines technical knowledge, business acumen and cultural intelligence. She is passionate about leveraging technology to create economic value and social impact and is always eager to tackle new challenges in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
