Founder
Efe FARINRE (née Edebiri) has over 20 years’ professional experience covering supply management, business operations, startups, strategic alliances and non-profit, working in leading organisations in Africa, Europe and USA.

Following two personal experiences that exposed her for the first time to dire situations in her country, Nigeria, Efe founded Linking Hands Foundation (LHF), a non-governmental organisation, in 2015.
The vision of LHF is to equip today’s children to become tomorrow’s leaders, and her mission is to positively impact humanity and society. LHF has a three-pronged people and nation building approach of solid education, sound health, and strong values. In her role as Founder & Charity Projects & Activities Lead at LHF, Efe initiates, plans and implements programmes, partnerships, and alliances that pave the path of the promise of a better and brighter future for Nigeria’s children and youth. Since conception, LHF has touched and transformed the lives of over 25,000 children and youth across Nigeria.

Efe currently serves as the Chairperson of the General Advisory Board of Hospitals for Humanity (HfH), a non-profit headquartered in Georgia, USA providing free paediatric surgeries and medical care to children in Nigeria suffering from congenital heart disease. She has served as a member of the Advisory Board of The Neo Child Initiative (TNCI) Africa, an organisation committed to improving access to healthcare and mentorship for children, especially in underserved communities.
Efe created Folktales are Forever (FaF) in 2017 to preserve and promote a vital part of oral African and Nigerian heritage, and has so far authored one chapter and four picture FaF books.

Efe earned her B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and her M.Sc. in International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management, Nantes France. She became a full member of the Chartered Institute for Procurement & Supply, UK in 2006 and the Institute of Supply Management, USA in 2011. Towards the fulfilment of her personal and professional improvement goals, Efe is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, an online private business school based in Washington, D.C., USA. Efe speaks English, Yoruba and French, and she enjoys singing, writing and brisk-walking. Efe is constantly guided by her personal mantra, “Doing nothing in itself is being part of the problem; I choose to be part of
the solution!”
